Not so, I tried used the product but went back to the grass hog. Its okay for digging trenches – if that’s all you need it for.
I have a lot of edging to do (corner lot, public sidewalks set in on both sides, driveway, my sidewalks, patio), and needed something that would withstand being used every week. As much as I didn’t want to be dragging around 100 feet of extension cords, the fact is electric edgers have much greater continuous power than gas edgers.
Powerful, handles well, easy to use and its performance is excellent. Well worth the price. If you care how your yard looks and don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on an edger, this is perfect. It will do the same job and more for more than the price.
The key trick that I found for myself is to lift the right side up, press the trigger, start the blades humming and then slowly sink it at the right spot. This way, the thing holds and doesn’t budge left or right. Light enough to facilitate being hung on a bicycle hook hanger for storage between uses. The first time I used one of these edgers belonged to my son. The pull-up edge guide converts the edger to a landscape trencher. The three-position blade depth adjustment is really important to help you control the cut.
But much to my delight the Edge Hog cut through everything like butter. What I was expecting to take a few weeks took a few hours instead.
It gives a nice separation between the yard and our landscaping border bricks. I’ve only used it a couple of times since purchase but I love it! The edges look clean and it is easy to use. It could use a little more power, but we expected that going in.
It gives my lawn that crisp finished look I want, it’s easy to use and it is consistent. In three years of use, I’ve only had to replace the blade once. This B&E is my first edger and I think it’s the best edger. It has an extremely powerful motor and it guides perfectly. I was very pleased with this item. It is very easy to use and does a great job edging.
It goes on easily enough and the wear indicators will let you know when to change it. I bought my first home in May of this year, so I’m fairly new at lawn maintenance. All you have to do is attach the handle and put the pole together. The blade and wheels are already on there.
My only concern is how well it will hold up over time. auto glass replacement cost.

A little bit of time spent planning your deck is a very valuable investment. It takes as much time and money to build a poorly or non-planned deck as it does a well designed deck. The visual difference, though, is enormous. The book's main focus is on design and how to make your whole garden look great. It does include some basic construction information but this is not meant to be a DIY guide on deck building.
You don't need to be a great artist to design a great looking garden. The design tricks and techniques you'll learn in this book are simple yet highly effective.
