This article provides advice on the best type of grass seed for growing in shady conditions. Putting in a lawn is a big investment, so it makes sense to do some research to find out which grass seed will be most successful in your growing conditions.
The first thing to think about is where you live. If you’re located in a cooler or northern climate then you’ll want to make sure that there is quite a bit of the fescue variety of seed in your grass mixture.
